Ordering, pickup & delivery

Purchases can be made on this site at any time or in person during open hours at the gallery.

Returns will be accepted on in-person purchases at the gallery only, if the artwork is in perfect condition, within one week of purchase.

Online sales are final unless the package is damaged or fails to arrive. Please inspect the package for any signs of damage.

Curbside or in-gallery pickup is available for all online purchases. 

Local delivery is available within Ottawa and Gatineau. If the postal code which you enter at checkout is within those areas, that option will appear. Delivery is free within the K1M postal code area. Delivery is also free on orders above $400. Else a $30 delivery fee applies.

Shipping to North America is available on most artworks at extra cost. Smaller items ship by Canada Post, and larger ones by private courier.

Tracking information will be provided once we ship. We can't guarantee quick delivery in most cases - one thing we like about this business is that there's no such thing as an art emergency. (If you're in Canada and do need shipping with quick turnaround, please contact us before ordering and we'll see if we can arrange it.)
